About CoRE
Centre of Research Excellence (CoRE) is a volunteer-led initiative to inspire Research & Innovation for Viksit Bharat (Developed India) @ 2047, while upholding our global responsibility for sustainable and ethical innovation — launched in a memory of a visionary Late Shri. Prof. Sunilkumar S. Manvi (Ph.D., IISc, India).
At CoRE, we believe that true innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility and contribution to society. As part of our social commitment, we proudly launch a dedicated research and training centre to honour the legacy of the Late Shri. Prof. Sunilkumar S. Manvi, a visionary academician and mentor who has inspired generations of researchers in wireless communication, mobility, and cybersecurity.
We aim to grow this initiative into a formal non-profit institution in the future, with a clear mission: “To focus on Research & Innovation (R&I) that places people over profit — making technology that is ethical, affordable, and sustainable, ensuring it uplifts society, not just the market.”
We believe that: “True success is when you empower others to succeed”. CoRE is committed to fostering innovation, ethical research, and secure-by-design thinking, dedicated to the long-term vision of Viksit Bharat @2047 and contributing to the global goals of sustainability and equity.
Through this initiative, we aim to build a future-ready India rooted in knowledge, integrity, and innovation, while actively participating in shaping a more just, green, and inclusive world.

The event itself — a Webinar on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA PF) — will take place on 10 July 2025, marking Guru Purnima, a day dedicated to honouring our teachers and guides.
